1) Contestants must be born a natural female.
2) Queens are asked to partake in one appearance or volunteer activity each month along with social media posts throughout the reign.
3) 2026 National Titleholders are permitted to participate in other pageants with approval from the national office as long as they are no contract pageants that do not conflict with COA. Before signing on with another system, be aware that if they require an exclusive contract you can no longer represent the Crown of America pageant, however, you will still be encouraged and cheered on by the COA family)
